ABOUT OUR SPEED TRAINING, AGILITY TRAINING AND STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAMS

All of our programs are safe and age-appropriate, emphasizing proper movement technique and efficiency. Our cutting-edge training methods are scientifically based, utilizing the state-of-the-art technology. These proven programs are guaranteed to produce positive results in terms of overall athleticism, core stability, and performance.
 

SPEED TRAINING

Each session is an hour to a hour and a half, one or two days a week, sessions are conducted over a continuous 4 to 8 week period. This course designed to help athletes learn proper running mechanics. We use speed drills with particular emphasis on acceleration, coordination, balance development, body control, and first step quickness to reinforce the techniques learned. Each session breaks down a certain component that is necessary to build understanding of proper running mechanics.

 AGILITY TRAINING

Each session is an hour to a hour and a half, one or two days a week, sessions are conducted over a continuous 4 to 8 week period. Athletes learn proper agility basics. An emphasis is placed on lateral speed and multi-directional movement techniques that support actual sports movement patterns. These techniques are reinforced through agility drills run at full speed.

STRENGTH TRAINING

This program focuses on developing strength, power, and athleticism.  A 1.5 hour session, 2 to 3 sessions per week.  Designed to prepare an athlete for his/her up coming season, the athlete will learn and practice proper weight lifting techniques while focusing on increases in strength and developing explosive power.  We emphasize the teaching and execution of correct technique on all lifts.

 

HIGH SCHOOL & NFL FOOTBALL COMBINE PERFORMANCE TRAINING AND EVALUATION.

High School & NFL Football Combine Performance Evaluation Testing

This program is developed to provide an opportunity to evaluate an athlete’s abilities before a major investment in time and resources is made. The athlete will be tested and scored in the same series of athletic tests used in High School & NFL Combine events. Available for individual or group testing.

A) Measurements - height, weight, standing reach.

B) Vertical Jump.

C) Bench Press / max reps.

D) 40, 20, & 10 yd - Sprints.

E) 20-Yard Shuttle.

F) 3-Cone Drill.

G) Bag Drills

High School & NFL Football Combine Preparation Program

This program’s objective is to improve the athlete’s athletic performance by learning and practicing the proper techniques needed to be extremely competitive in each event that athlete will face during Combines and NFL Workouts. A few tenths of a second here and a hundredth of a second there, can be the difference in getting that scholarship/contract or having to walk on.  

 

 

SPEED 101 Training Course (Initial Phase 2 weeks)

A three phase speed training course designed to teach athletes proper running mechanics for maximum speed.

AGILITY 101 Training Course (Initial Phase 2 weeks)

A three phase agility training course designed to help athletes learn proper lateral speed and multi-directional movement techniques.

SUMMER AND OFF SEASON STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM

This program focuses on developing strength, power, and athleticism for the young athlete who sees themself as a future high school athlete. We emphasize the teaching and execution of correct technique on all the lifts.

BEGINNER CONDITIONING PROGRAM

We also provide a variety of special programs for larger athletes interested in excelling in sports. We offer one-on-one athletic training with a professional instructor.

We provide group training specific to the sport, age, and ability of your team. Team Training Programs provides your team with a customized training program performed at your practice site on your team's schedule.
